Single room for rent - 3013 Bern

I (27) am looking for a new roommate for my beautiful apartment near Rosengarten. The 3.5 room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house. The room (currently the living room) is 15m² large and very bright (1 large and 1 small window) with evening sun. The balcony is accessible from the hallway, right next to the room. The bathroom is large and bright, the kitchen is a bit smaller but has everything you need, and there is also space for a table and chairs.
