Single room for rent - 3012 Bern

Since I am leaving the shared apartment after 4 wonderful years to move in with friends, I am looking for someone to whom I can hand over my beautiful room in our 3-person shared apartment. There are many changes coming in our shared apartment, as Bianca will also be moving in new in August, which also means that there are many design possibilities to create something beautiful. Since I currently have the main rental contract, the requirement would be that you could take over the main rent.

You would live with Héloïse (28) and Bianca (21). Héloïse comes from Western Switzerland, studied philosophy and Asian studies, and has just completed an internship. She enjoys being out and about, whether at the cinema or on walks, and loves good food. Bianca comes from Italy, enjoys cooking and eating, will soon start in an orchestra in Bern, and loves to read.

Our shared apartment languages are currently German and French, but we all also speak English. In spring and summer, and actually whenever a ray of sunshine is visible, the heart of the shared apartment is our balcony, where you often meet someone to chat in the evenings. When daily life allows, we love to eat together. We are looking for someone who appreciates a communal and friendly coexistence.
The shared apartment is located in a great location between Länggasse and Mittelstrasse, 1 minute from Gelateria di Berna and Sattler, 2 minutes from Mittelstrasse-Migros, 7 minutes on foot from the train station. Nevertheless, it is very quiet and noise-protected. The price is 869.70.-/month (internet included).
