Single room for rent - 3012 Bern

We (Pui Pui, Marc, Charmaine) are looking for someone to share our 4-person flat in Bern. Maxime is moving out from the smallest room (10 meter square, 750 CHF) from 1 Sept 2025. At the same time, we are also looking for someone to take Marc's room starting from 1 Oct 2025 (biggest room of the flat, 16.5 meter square, 950 CHF). The deposit amounts to 3-month rent.

Pui Pui (25F) is a PhD student in Biology at the University of Bern. She comes from Hong Kong, and enjoys going to UniSport and playing boardgames with friends.
Marc (24M) is a masters student who is currently interning as a translator. He comes from Geneva, and loves all kinds of dancing.
Charmaine (25F) is a PhD student in Language and Communication at the Department of English, University of Bern. She also comes from Hong Kong, and likes playing the piano and doing yoga in her downtime.
Collectively as a flat, we enjoy all sorts of activities from karaoke and cooking to BBQ and swimming in the Aare.

The flat is well-located: It's a 2-minute walk from the Bierhübeli bus station,15-minute walk from the train station, 5-minute walk to Migros, and a 10-minute walk to UniSport. We have a nice balcony with a view of the Alps in winter and shade in summer, alongside a smaller balcony, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and extra storage space in the basement.
