Single room for rent - 3008 Bern

Starting from September 1, 2025, I am looking for someone new for a room in my 3.5-room apartment on Effingerstrasse. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, thus at the top. You can hardly hear anything from the neighbors. The room is approximately 13m2 in size, and there is the possibility to take over the current furniture of the room.

Below are the key data for the apartment:

• approx. 90m2
• TV/Netflix/Disney+/Internet included in the rent
• I have set up a small gym in the basement that you can use
• Rent: CHF 980.-
• Apartment is furnished

About me: I am 32 years old (m.) and from Valais. I have been living in Bern in this apartment for just over 7 years. Besides me, you will share the apartment with my small, beloved dog. So you should be a dog lover :-) In my free time, I am either skiing or climbing in the mountains. Therefore, I am often away on weekends.
