I am Sebastian, 28 years old, currently doing my Master's in Psychology and working part-time. In my free time, I enjoy sports, being outdoors in nature, meeting friends for coffee, beer, or anything else, I like cooking, eating, board games, trying new things, and generally enjoying life.

The location of the apartment is great! There are several shopping options available nearby, and bus/tram stops are just a few minutes away on foot. It is a top-floor apartment without a balcony, and there are no direct neighbors (but there is a large attic compartment). The room is about 18m2 and offers many possibilities for furnishing.
