I am renting a room in a bright attic apartment (two and a half rooms with kitchen, living room, and bathroom). The rent for the room is 550.- Fr per month, including utilities. There are several shopping options within walking distance. The tram stop Beaumont is located directly in front of the apartment.
The train station can be reached by bike or tram in about 7 minutes.
Bicycle storage, washing machine, and drying room are available in the building.
The room is available for rent from September 1st. The rental period is indefinite.
