Single room for rent - 3006 Bern

As I won't be in Bern over the summer, I would like to sublet my shared flat room for 3 months (June 1st to September 7th at the latest). The room is 21m² large, has access to the balcony and is furnished (bed, large desk, wardrobe). The apartment is very large, has a living room with a couch and dining table, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. There is WLAN and a shared laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels can be used if needed :)
You would be living with Nina (22).
The location is great, it's not far to the city or to nature. Migros and the tram stop are a 3-minute walk away.
I am looking for a person between 20 and 30 who is looking for a sublet in Bern over the summer. It is important to me that you have a certain sense of cleanliness and treat my furniture well :)
Non-smoker, no pets
