From May 1, 2025 we rent a bright, approx. 20 sqm studio on the upper floor of our single-family house. The room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a large, private terrace, which is directly accessible from the room, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the sun.

The modern kitchen with its own washing machine is shared. WLAN, electricity and regular cleaning of the floor and bathroom are included in the price.
