The apartment features a generous living and dining area with a winter garden, fireplace, two bathrooms, two large balconies, as well as plenty of storage space, a cellar compartment, and an attic compartment. A washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment.
The available room is approximately 17 m², bright, and offers plenty of daylight as well as access to a private balcony. It is unfurnished or partially furnished (by arrangement) and costs 1100 CHF per month, including utilities, outdoor parking, internet, and TV. The move-in date is immediately or by arrangement.

Currently, I live alone in the apartment. I am 25 years old, female, athletic, and quiet, with an interest in cars. I value a pleasant and respectful coexistence without pressure, but with openness for exchange.
