The room is approx. 13 m² in size and has just been newly furnished (1.4m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe, etc.). I will pay for any missing desired furniture.

It includes:

• Underfloor heating - 10 GB fiber optic internet - beautiful and quiet new building apartment - large balcony - 2 bathrooms - private laundry room with dryer and washing machine - dishwasher - cleaning lady.
  (Extra costs apply for the cleaning lady and electricity. The 199 CHF are for internet, TV plus insurance and a 20% furniture package (new furniture for 30,000 CHF), deposit: 2400 CHF)

• Partners who come over more often are no problem. - Pets possible with application

• 10 min to Zurich HB (tram 11)

• 4 min to Oerlikon station

There are three of us: I, Slavko, have travelled extensively (6 languages, e.g. 1.5 years in Latin America), am very versatile in my interests, like to chat about anything and everything, psychology, society, the development of mankind etc., play (ball) sports and fitness, go out for food or drinks or stream something for relaxation, first studied International Management and worked there for 2 years, but recently switched to the "social" sector (business lecturer).
