The apartment is furnished (not your room) and everything can be used. Rent 1325.- plus advance payment of 175.- for additional costs (water, electricity, heating).

A roommate is sought in a two-person WG.
Friendly, tidy, and considerate. Whether student, weekly resident, or permanent, I am open to that.

Living with Martin (34, industrial engineer), whether playing tennis, biking, racing bike, calisthenics, or skiing... You can find me here before/after work or on weekends. But I also love to be at the nearby lake :) I enjoy just relaxing or grilling with friends. My own freedom is important to me, but I also find it great to exchange ideas or do something together - and maybe, you'll already be joining the next barbecue :D
