In my cozy single-family house with a garden, two rooms in the attic are available. I live here with my three children, who are only with me half the time. We are looking for a quiet, friendly and reliable roommate who fits well into our family environment.

• Sleeping areas already in the roof
• Total area approx. 22 m2
• Use of kitchen and bathroom by arrangement
• Garden with barbecue and dining area for shared use

• A single person is preferred
• Rental to two people (e.g. couple or friends) possible, but with higher additional costs
• Non-smoker
• Pets negotiable
