Hi, we are two students, and looking for another flatmate. The flat is nicely located near a Migros and a Denner. It is also very close to the tram lines 14 and 10. We would be looking for someone who is tidy, clean and does not smoke. The flat is available from the 1st of June. The electricity is not included in the rent, but the internet and heating are.
