Much more than just a residence, the Coliving of Collex-Bossy is a unique living experience that emphasizes friendliness and sharing. 6 twin rooms are available within this recently renovated farmhouse.

The rooms are rented individually and have common areas designed to bring guests together around values of exchange and community. A fully equipped shared kitchen, as well as a warm living space, are available to residents, creating an ideal setting for exchanges. They are maintained daily to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all residents.

The rooms consist of two comfortable single beds (area between 13 and 18 m2). You will also find storage space for your personal belongings.

• Twin room "Sous Rosière" (accessible to people with reduced mobility) with private bathroom (WC, shower)
• Twin room "Collex" with private bathroom outside the room (WC, shower)
• Twin rooms "Constantin" and "Bossy" with private shower and shared WC
• Twin rooms "Gindre" and "Machefer" with private bathroom (WC, shower)

Rental price indicated is valid for rooms with private bathrooms.

Common areas:

• A fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare your meals. It includes: cooking plates, a shared refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee machine. You will have private cupboards to store your supplies (locked), as well as a shared fridge with a second room.
• A common living room creating a space for relaxation and friendliness. You will find dining tables for your meals, a comfortable sofa to relax, and a foosball table to share moments of fun with other residents.
• A WC accessible to all residents for added convenience.
• A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

A mandatory end-of-rental cleaning is not included in the rent.

The ground floor houses a friendly café, perfect for sharing a meal or coffee with neighbors, as well as a modern co-working space, where one can work in a stimulating environment.

The residence is located in Collex-Bossy, a peaceful village offering a pleasant living environment, about 20 minutes by car from Geneva. The accommodation is accessible by car. An outdoor parking is available (subject to availability). The bus stop "Collex, École" is a 2-minute walk away, taking you to downtown Geneva in 30 minutes.

In the village of Collex-Bossy you will find a few restaurants. Supermarkets and all other amenities are located in the neighboring town of Versoix.

Cointrin International Airport is reachable in 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.
