Single room for rent - 3013 Bern, Hildanusstrasse 3

From July 1st, a room will be available in our 4-person shared apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the Breitenrain district and consists of 5 rooms. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with access to the balcony, which gets sun all day. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a dishwasher. Since the apartment has two bathrooms, you share the bathroom with one roommate. The apartment includes a basement compartment. The room is about 9.6 square meters and the rent is 650.- per month (including utilities).

We are three students in our mid-twenties:
Bastiaan (26) is doing his MSc in Health Sciences at the University of Lucerne, enjoys sports, and loves spending time in the shared apartment.
Carlo (25) studies sports science at the University of Bern, likes to meet friends, and sometimes enjoys drawing in his room.
Michael (25) is studying part-time for a Master's in Political Science and enjoys doing a lot of sports.
