The room is the largest bedroom of the 5.5-room apartment and has its own access to the balcony (adjacent to Cindy's bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a door to the hallway). The window/balcony side is facing west, so you have sun until late in the evening. In your future room, the desk and bed can be taken over if desired.

Our shared apartment is located on the 1st floor of a total of three floors, and the building also has an elevator. The entire apartment is already furnished and available for shared use (e.g., kitchen, built-in wardrobe, etc.).
The apartment has Wifi/TV box/Netflix/Disney+/E-piano/washing machine/dryer and additional storage space (outside your room), all included in the price.

Additional costs will be evenly divided and thus incur additional expenses.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an open and flexible person between 20-40 years old. Bettwil is located in a very nice but rather remote area, so it is recommended to be mobile. We are also looking for a non-smoker without aversion/allergy to two lovely house cats.

About us:
Janice (27) and Cindy (28), two women who grew up together in Freiamt. We love our home in Bettwil, which has really developed into a warm home with its 5.5 rooms and beautiful location and view. The apartment has two bathrooms.
However, since the two of us do not use all the rooms as originally planned, we now wish for another roommate.

Cindy works in Rain Luzern and has a regular workday. Since she is very engaged in volleyball, she is often away until late in the evening. It is important to her that the shared apartment is more than just a purpose community; she values exchange and good coexistence. Without pressure, just a relaxed, respectful togetherness.

Janice is currently reorienting herself and enjoys spending time in nature and also at home. She likes to be creative yet tidy. It is important to her to find someone who fits into the dynamics of the existing shared apartment, is flexible, and promotes open communication.
