We are mainly looking for students for this shared apartment.

• You are between 18 and 30 years old
• You are either a student or already in the workforce
• Non-smoker 🚭
• If you come from abroad, you must have at least a B residence permit

• We, NextGen Properties 🎯, are a co-living provider and offer shared apartments and co-living in a total of 7 Swiss cities. 🏘️
