At the end of June/July, a room will be available in our 5-person shared apartment, and we are looking for a subtenant who is interested in a friendly shared living experience.

We – Karo (20, flight attendant), Milan (27, working in customer service), Ndidi (19, self-employed), Dominik (22, property manager) – and soon maybe you, are looking forward to an open and warm person who would like to become part of our community. We are not a purpose-driven shared apartment – everything is possible, nothing is mandatory. Whether it's a shared breakfast, dinner on the balcony ☀️, or a trip to the mulled wine stand 🎄 – a lot is possible with us, but your retreat space is, of course, always yours.

The apartment combines old building charm with modern comfort: parquet floors, partly stylish panel walls, a modern kitchen 🍳, two bathrooms, and high-speed internet via fiber optic 🌐 with an Ethernet connection in the room.

Your room is 15 m², bright, with a practical built-in wardrobe – a cozy space to feel good and settle in.
