Single room for rent - 8055 Zürich, Wiedingstrasse 28

We are looking for a new roommate between 25-38 years old, starting from July 1st.
The room is about 17 sqm, bright and spacious.
There is the possibility to take over almost all the furniture (personal arrangement).

You will live with 4 relaxed roommates. We speak German and English. We like to grill together, go hiking or skiing. However, there are also times when some are away for work.

You have a balcony, a washing machine, dryer, and a cellar compartment to share. The apartment is located, for me, in the absolutely best location in Wiedikon. The surroundings are quiet and you will live directly above a cozy park. It is 5 minutes to the tram station Schmiede Wiedikon and 15 minutes by train to Zurich HB. The apartment is centrally located and yet you can quickly reach Shil and Ütliberg.

I have been living here for 7 years and still enjoy it very much! Since I will be moving in with my boyfriend, I will leave the apartment with a tearful and happy eye.

The price includes a cleaning service (1/week), as well as all household utensils that we use together. This makes living extremely easy and relaxed.
