The room is part of a beautiful, 10-year-old renovated old building maisonette with balcony and roof terrace. On the lower floor there are four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms (2 residents share one bathroom each). One bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor is the modern kitchen and the spacious living room. From the balcony you go to the third "floor" - our private roof terrace. From there you have an incredible view of all the mountains and the Lucerne city walls. Come by and see for yourself! We are four working adults (2w/2m) aged 30-40. A 9-year-old girl also joins us every other week. Elias will be leaving our WG and therefore we are looking for a new roommate around our age. Are you a non-smoking person with WG experience?
