Single room for rent - 8600 Dübendorf, Am Wasser 28

Our 3-person shared apartment is located in a 5.5-room apartment with a spectacular 200 m² layout in the Zwicky area. 10 minutes distance to Stettbach train station, the Glatt shopping center is just a tram minute away and an Aldi is within walking distance. Your future room is 13 m² large (see floor plan), and you also have half of a separate office available for shared use.
The apartment is fully furnished. The bathroom is only shared with Luca. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet. Our cozy seating area on the ground floor with a grill invites you to linger, with direct view and access to the Glatt. On hot days, a jump into the water provides the perfect refreshment. A cellar compartment as well as a private washing tower with tumbler in the apartment are also available.
Our shared apartment was founded in 2023. Unfortunately, our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and is changing sides of the street on 02.08.2025.
Who we are:
Stefan (31) works as a software developer in a Zurich startup. In his free time, he enjoys fitness or being outdoors in nature. He describes himself as a calm, cozy type, but is always up for shared activities.
Luca (30) is an engineer in renewable energy, a passionate dancer, E-piano player, and endurance athlete. In summer, you can usually find him outside in the sun, while in winter, as an emigrated Grison, he returns to the ski slopes. He also often visits his girlfriend in Central Switzerland.

Our shared apartment:
We appreciate good coffee, music, and spontaneous gatherings – whether in the home office or at an unplanned Sunday brunch. In the evenings, everyone usually has their own program, and shared meals or activities arise naturally when it fits.
We enjoy a healthy balance of peace, cleanliness, and occasionally a small party. It is important to us that the shared apartment is shaped by everyone together – that’s why we look forward to you and your inputs!

Who we are looking for:
You feel addressed by this setting, are independent, and ideally have lived alone or in a shared apartment before. We are completely open to age, gender, and origin, as long as you speak German or English. You would move in with us as a subtenant indefinitely – Stefan and Luca are the main tenants, but we make decisions together and equally.
