Since my dear roommate is moving out at the end of June, I am looking for a new roommate.
The apartment is located in the attic and is very spacious. It offers:

• a large, unfurnished room (the larger of the two)
• a generous balcony overlooking the courtyard
• a private washing machine in the apartment (tumbler in the basement for shared use)
• a bathroom with two sinks, bathtub, separate shower, and underfloor heating
• a large kitchen with dishwasher

A parking space in the underground garage can be rented if desired.

Location:
The Volg is only a 3-minute walk away. Right outside the front door begins the greenery – ideal for walking, jogging, or relaxing. In about 6 minutes you can walk to Lake Constance. The train stations St. Gallen and Goldach can be reached in about 30 minutes by bus.

About me:
I am Richi (28, m), I work at the post office and in gastronomy. I am uncomplicated, open, and sporty. A relaxed, friendly shared apartment is important to me – also with joint cooking evenings, sports, or games, if it fits.
