Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Löwenstrasse 27

Hi :) I am leaving my cozy shared apartment in Winterthur and looking for a new tenant.

The apartment is great and in good condition. We have a large blue kitchen and a shared dining/living room.

The balcony is spacious and has a seating area. The shared bathroom is small but pretty.

Washing is done in the laundry room in the basement. There are two washing machines, as well as drying rooms and a tumbler.

The room that is being rented is still filled with my things, so it is not particularly well recognizable in the pictures. It will be freshly painted before it is rented out again.

In the basement, we have a shared compartment where you could store some things. The neighbors are friendly and helpful.

The parking space is not included but can be applied for; there is currently one available.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station and thus also close to the old town and the ZHAW.

My roommate is a warm and lovely person and would be happy to meet you. I am only leaving the shared apartment because I am moving away from Winterthur :).

We would be happy if you could come by in person.
