Hello everyone! I (Johannes, 25 years old, still a master's student & working in an investment firm in Lucerne) am looking for another person for my 2-person shared flat in Lucerne Tribschen. The shared flat is being created in a beautiful apartment in Lucerne Tribschen - super centrally located, a few minutes to the train station, to the Neustadt with bars and cafés and close to Ufschötti Park.
What to expect:
- 3-room apartment or larger, in a quiet and green area
- Perfect connection to the main train station, city center, and nature, e.g. Uffschötti Park
- Rent: approx. CHF 1000-1500 per person
- A relaxed, clean home where you can enjoy being around people - not just a purpose-driven shared flat
About me:
In my free time, I go to the gym a lot, on weekends I occasionally go out, and I place a lot of value on cleanliness and order in everyday life.
