WG room available for an unlimited period. The room can be rented starting from April 1st, with the move-in date flexible within the first two weeks of April, based on agreement.

The room is rented furnished, as shown in the photos. The contract also includes a private living room. Smoking is not permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rent is 1420 CHF/month and includes all utilities.

The contract is with a very professional agency and includes weekly cleaning of the bathroom and common areas.

We prefer an open-minded and progressive person. Ideally, someone between 20 and 35 years old. The language spoken in the house is English.
