Hello! I am looking for 3 or 4 FLINTA*-people to rent a large house in Gümligen together starting September 2025 (5-6 minutes walk from the Melchenbühl stop).

The house: Detached house with 6.5 rooms, large garden, garage, balcony, attic, and large cellar. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher; 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub); washing machine available (no dryer); large living room.

Total rent: 3010.– CHF (2850.– + 160.– NK) → 602.–/person for 5, 752.50/person for 4.

Room distribution: Ground floor: 3 rooms + 1 bathroom ⚠️ Two of the rooms are through rooms – ideal for a couple, close friends, or a person who wants to use two rooms. First floor: kitchen + living room (or room) + balcony. Second floor: 2 rooms + bathroom with bathtub.

About me: My name is Mel (non-binary), I am 30 years old and I am currently writing my dissertation on medieval French literature and gender studies. I am rather quiet, often at home, but I really enjoy spending time together, cooking, watching movies, making music, just relaxing. I live with a very sweet, clean, and social cat, so please be careful with allergies!

I prefer to find FLINTA*-people with whom I can share a respectful, inclusive, queer-friendly, and cozy living space. I am a native French speaker, but I speak very good English, German, and Swiss German (and I also understand Italian) – so all languages are welcome!
