We – Yannik (27) and Max (24) – are looking for a third person for our cozy 3-person shared apartment in the heart of Solothurn, available immediately or by arrangement. The apartment is located in a renovated old building, is pleasantly quiet despite its central location, and impresses with plenty of daylight.

About the apartment:

• 3 bedrooms (one of which will be free – maybe yours?)
• Bright living room with sofa for movie nights or spontaneous shared apartment gatherings
• Kitchen with dining table – enough space for cooking or enjoying a cozy dinner
• Bathroom with shower
• Rent: CHF 600.– including additional costs

Location:

• 2 minutes walk to the train station
• 5 minutes to Migros, Coop, and more.
• The Aare is around the corner – ideal for swimming, grilling, or relaxing after work

About us:

• Yannik is a trained cook from the region – knows the best pubs, restaurants, and insider tips in Solothurn. Always up for culinary tips (or samples).
• Max is a project manager from Germany, new to Solothurn, and active in sports. Whether jogging, hiking, or fitness – movement is a must. He is also interested in cultures, languages, and travel. Sometimes works from home.

Who we are looking for:
We wish for someone who enjoys contributing to the shared apartment life. Whether cooking together, having an after-work beer by the Aare, doing sports, or just sitting together – we look forward to some shared experiences. Of course, everyone also has their own space, and retreat is always possible.
You should be reliable, respectful, and open – everything else will fall into place. Age and gender do not matter to us at first – what’s important is that the chemistry is right.
