I am looking for a new roommate to share this beautiful apartment where I have the chance to live. The apartment is located in the Champagne district in a detached house with a garden.

The apartment is a duplex. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms. (The room for rent has a balcony and measures about 11m2) as well as the bathroom. On the second floor, there is a large room with an open kitchen. You will find a better overview with the photos. Some furniture belongs to the current roommate and will be replaced by others. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The price of 850.- corresponds to half of the rent.
A sublease contract as well as household insurance is expected by the owner. Non-smoking apartment.
