We offer an uncomplicated individual an unfurnished room for subletting in the residential building of our horse farm.

The spacious room is located on the ground floor of the residential building and has a washbasin. The bathroom with shower & WC for shared use is on the same floor. Further shared facilities include living room, terrace, kitchen, laundry room, and attic. The parking space could also be used by arrangement (not included in the rent). A bus stop with good connections to Uster and Gossau ZH is located 140 meters from the house.

We are a quiet, friendly household consisting of a couple aged 45 and 57 with a 23-year-old student as a subtenant. Two cats and our horses are also part of the household. For the available room, we are looking for a down-to-earth and animal-friendly person who fits in with us and appreciates life in a rural environment.
Upon request, there is the possibility to bring your own horse and board it with us.

The rent includes the usual additional costs.
