(open-ended lease starting in June)

A room will become available in our 3-person flat near Triemli (Letzigraben 241, 8047 Zurich). The location is super convenient – bus lines 33 and 80 are just 2 minutes away, and Triemli station is a 5-minute walk. There's a Migros in the same building and a Coop right across the street – shopping doesn't get easier than this.

The rent is 765 CHF/month, all utilities and internet included.

The apartment has a spacious layout with a large living room and a covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with plenty of storage, and a separate toilet.

We're both open and easy-going, happy to hang out over a coffee, a drink after work, or a movie night – but we also respect each other's space and routines.
