Hi! I'm a 32-year-old woman looking for a female flatmate for at least one semester.
I live in a bright and airy 4.5-room apartment (with 3 bedrooms) on the second floor in a green and quiet residential area that is still centrally located ? 3 minutes from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the train station.
I have a cozy, newly renovated and furnished room to rent, preferably to a female student. The room includes a two-section wardrobe, a single bed with a new mattress, two sets of bed linen and towels, a comfortable desk with a lamp, a small chest of drawers, and an armchair - all lovingly arranged.

The renovated apartment is about 100 m² and offers: fiber optics and fast internet; a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, fully equipped fridge and dishwasher; two bathrooms - one with shower, bathtub & WC, and a separate guest toilet; a south-facing balcony along the full front - perfect for sunbathing, reading or dining; a private washing machine and dryer; a covered bicycle parking space and an underground parking space (available upon agreement for CHF 130/month).

I work full-time and am mostly at home on weekends.
I speak German, English, French, and Italian.

Monthly cost: CHF 600 (including utilities). You must have liability insurance and a guarantor in Switzerland, or we can arrange the rental via Airbnb.
