Single room for rent - 8049 Zürich, Bombachhalde 24

For our 3-person shared apartment in Höngg, I am looking for 2 new roommates starting in July and from August.
The apartment is located near Werdinsel, right by the Limmat. The bus/tram stop is within a 5-minute walk, and there is also a Coop and a gym nearby. You can reach the main station (HB) within 15 minutes by bus/train.

We are looking for an open and pleasant person who enjoys their peace but is also up for a glass of wine or a drink on the balcony/in Zurich ;). We are looking for someone in their mid to late 20s.

The rooms can be taken over furnished by arrangement.
