Single room for rent - 3700 Spiez, Parkstrasse 23

Hello everyone
We are looking for someone (preferably female and between 20-30 years old) who wants to live in a furnished WG room for 5 months while we are traveling. In the WG live Lea (22) and Philipp (25). We also have a very cuddly cat, Stalloney. We would be happy if you could take care of her while we are away, as Lea and Philipp are not always home regularly. The WG is quite large, we have 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a sauna (in the basement). The garden is quite large, very beautiful, and offers many places to linger. The property is located right next to a forest and is about a 5-minute walk from the train station, in 15 minutes you can reach the lake.
We are looking for someone who is tidy, likes cats, appreciates the garden, and is sociable. If you are interested in the room, just send us a message introducing yourself.
