Single room for rent - 8004 Zürich, Müllerstrasse 23

I (Christain, 33) live in a cute 4 room appartment in the center of Zurich, right next to Stauffacher tram station. Currently it is only myself living here, but I am looking to find 2 more people to share the appartment with me. Specifically as a purpose driven appartment, socializing is possible, but by no means expected or necessary. I will rent out 2 rooms, which are both very similar, I estimate about 14sqm, I will furnish them both with each a single bed, small wardrobe and big wardrobe, if you wish to add anything, you're free to do so. One room will remain for myself and the 4th room will remain as a shared area / living room that you can see in the picture.
The contract will be on the basis of a furnished room - if either you or me decide to cancel it, there is a 1 month period to move out at the end of the month you or me canceled the contract.
