Approx. 12m^2 bedroom in a 3.5-room apartment close to Zürich Oerlikon, in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared common spaces. The bedroom is already partially furnished (bed, new-ish mattress, table and chair) but if you prefer your own furniture, it can be taken away ;-) The apartment is around 65m^2 in total and has a balcony facing south-east (with tables and chairs), accessible from the living room. Some space in the basement is available if needed. There is no dishwasher and no WiFi. The laundry-machine (and tumbler) is shared with neighbors and is in the basement (you can wash whenever you want, there is no fixed timetable).
The rent is CHF 800.-, everything included (water, electricity,etc.)
The room is available as from now.

I look for :
Anybody between 23 and 35 who is a non-smoker, reasonably tidy, independent, and respectful. You can speak English and/or (Swiss-) German. Ideally, you already have some experience with shared flats. I'm a pretty open person, so write a few words about yourself and if I think it could match well, let's meet and chat ;-)

I am:
I'm a man, 29 years old, and currently doing a PhD in physics at ETH. I am quiet, tidy, calm, and respectful of others. I'm originally from the French-speaking part of Switzerland but have lived in Zürich for almost 10 years. I usually spend my weekends in the mountains (ski-alpinism/skitouring in Winter and hiking/alpinism in Summer) or on my bikes (road or MTB). During the week, I don't mind spending a quiet evening at home, cooking something good, and discussing while enjoying dinner.
