We, Resmy (dance-loving Tichu enthusiast, 28), Janik (adventurous architect, 28), and Kevin (mountain-loving robotics engineer, 31), are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment. Our apartment has 163 m² of living space, located near the Limmat between Escher-Wyss-Platz and Bahnhof Altstetten. In summer, two balconies with a total of 35 m² provide the perfect setting for aperitifs, sunny barbecue afternoons, and occasional parties. Our living room and kitchen area are perfect for sociable dinners and evenings with friends.

We are looking for a lively person, aged 27-35, who appreciates a sociable shared living experience and actively participates in household chores.

The room is available from July 1st and is part of a modern 5.5-room apartment. At 14m², it is very spacious and has direct access to one of the balconies. You will share the bathroom with two other roommates.

The bed frame including slats and the wardrobe can be purchased if interested - but are not mandatory.

The rent is CHF 1,178 per month, including utilities. Additionally, there are about 100-150 CHF for our cleaning service, electricity, and shared items. The deposit is two months' rent.

The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, as well as two bike parking spaces on the ground floor.
