WG room in a cozy, quiet 3-person shared apartment with sauna and garden flair

We are Jan (31, caretaker) and Benjamin (34, project manager). We value communal living without constantly being on top of each other: The apartment offers generous retreat space, which we both appreciate. We regularly meet for a shared evening. Currently, we are expressing our green side: Our vegetables thrive on the two terraces - we hope for a rich harvest and a feast with you. It is important to us not to look down on others. Except for the view, we make an exception ;-).

A little insight into our previous cohabitation. Together with you, we will renegotiate the key points of shared living: We have shopped together on one bill (sometimes at Gebana, sometimes at the farmers' market, and mostly depending on our biography at Coop/Migros). We rarely cook together (kitchen counter space is limited), but often for each other - we both enjoy leftovers at work. Household chores are divided by areas; we regularly communicate about them.

Location:
The train station, shopping opportunities, the old town, the Drei Weieren, and other local recreation areas are all within about 10 minutes on foot. Central location, but quietly situated: no through road in the vicinity.

Costs:
Rent including advance utility costs: 650.- Electricity-Billag comes in addition. WLAN is currently not available but can be set up after consultation.

Move-in:
From August or by arrangement. If interested, a larger room in the shared apartment may also be possible.
We are looking for
We wish for a third roommate who is motivated for a relaxed, communal living. Age and gender do not matter to us. Ideally, you are also employed - but it is not a must.
