Hi ;) I just found a flat for myself and I'm subletting my room in a nice 3 people flat! The room is free from the 24th of May and ideally I'm looking for someone to take it over for a minimum period of 3/6 months, with an option to extend it.

The house is in a cool neighborhood, it has a big living room with a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a cute balcony. and is shared with other two people (early 20s, female and male) Both studying and working.

We're looking for someone chill and uncomplicated, under 30yo. No couples pls. The price already includes all the costs and the room is furnished and all the costs are included.
