The apartment:
bright / very central / parquet floor / kitchen with dishwasher / easy washing / 1 spacious bathroom / green balcony with evening sun and space for a small table

The room:
about 18m2 / bright / evening sun
Earliest move-in date from 01.07, or by arrangement.

The home should be a retreat, but not a purpose WG. Being able to exchange ideas during the day, cooking together sometimes, or enjoying an after-work beer on the balcony is part of it for me. I enjoy a bit of cleanliness and order (otherwise I always search for everything ;)), but it doesn't bother me if things are tidied up at a later time. We can gladly discuss further ideas and concepts together :)

A little about me:
around 30 years old / often in Winterthur, but also like discovering new places / often found at the Gaswerk and soon back at the MFW / in good weather, I like to be in the mountains, in bad weather rather in the ceramics workshop

I am looking for:
A person between 25-45, preferably with WG experience and both feet in life.
