Hi,

I am renting out the big room in my flat.

The flat is 5 minutes from Zurich Binz, or 12 minutes from HB, in a very quiet yet accessible location close to Sihlcity and Uteliberg.

The flat is fully renovated and fully furnished and the amenities include a dishwasher in the flat and washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Nicolas, but as I am very rarely here (one night a week maybe) you are essentially renting a fully furnished flat for only a 1600 CHF.

I am a 30 year old Swiss IT engineer from Geneva and speak fluent French, English and Italian. I live a healthy and active lifestyle but still love good food, wine and having fun and enjoy talking about entrepreneurship, technology, and geopolitics.
