Hi,

I am renting out the big room in my flat.

The flat is 5 minutes from Zurich Binz, or 22 minutes from HB, in a very quiet yet accessible location close to Sihlcity and Uteliberg.

The flat is fully renovated and fully furnished and the amenities include a dishwasher in the flat and washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.

You will be sharing your flat with me, 30 years old male IT engineer, speaking fluent English, French, and Italian. I live a healthy lifestyle and love to cook and travel a lot so I am not very often at home.
