Single room for rent - 8153 Rümlang, Zilstrasse 20

I am renting a room including a private bathroom in my apartment for one person (no couples). Kitchen and washing machine are available for shared use. Pets are not allowed. The room can be terminated monthly by both parties. Ideal age between 30 and 40 and German speaking.
There is a bus station nearby and garage parking is also available. However, this has a notice period of 3 months.
I am male, 37 years old and athletic. In summer, I often go to the mountains for trail runs, play football, floorball, padel or squash, and otherwise, there’s Netflix and carb loading😁
