Hello everyone :)
We are renting a room on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden. The entire single-family house, including garage and outdoor parking spaces, is available for shared use. The property is located in a quiet area in the middle of nature and yet very central. The bus stop Itschnach Fallacher can be reached in just 4 minutes on foot. The Stadelhofen train station is only 20 minutes away.
We - Joshi (25), Fabio (23), Kenny (34), and Seraina (30) have been living together in a shared apartment in a house in Stäfa for several years. From July 1, 2025, we are moving to Küsnacht into a large house to establish a new shared apartment.
We are looking for a sociable female or male roommate who is looking for more than just a purpose-driven shared apartment, as we also like to do things together in our free time.
