Single room for rent - 4102 Binningen, Paradiesstrasse 2

I am looking for someone to share a 22 square meter room in a shared apartment from July 1st. It is located in a central area of Binningen, with good connections to Basel SBB within a few minutes. A shared kitchen, office, and bathroom are available. Unfortunately, the apartment is located on a main traffic artery. It is quite loud with the window open, but acceptable with it closed.

I am 37 years old, originally from Zurich, and have lived in Basel for 1.5 years. My roommate is moving out, so I am looking for a new roommate. I work as a physician's assistant, am relatively quiet, enjoy cooking, and ride my motorcycle to work. My hobbies include snowboarding, surfing, board games (I play often and enjoy it), motorcycling, and floorball.
