The room is about 19m2 in size, morning sun and a view of the city and the mountains. It is the larger of the two. There is also a small room for washing, which I use as an office. If needed, it can also be used as an office. Included are electricity, Serafe, and additional costs. The apartment has 4.5 rooms and is located in the middle of Sursee, close to the train station, Surseepark, the town center, and a park with a Buvette. The penthouse apartment has a large terrace, its own washing machine, and a fireplace. There is a bathroom and a small toilet. It is possible to rent an outdoor parking space for 60.-/month. Or a resident parking card for 40.-/month (5 minutes walking).

I am looking for a roommate between 25 and 40 years old to replace my roommate, who is unfortunately leaving the shared apartment. A normal sense of order is important, and the tasks will be divided fairly. This shared apartment is a place of communal living and well-being. You can also invite people over, but not every day. Honest and pleasant communication is a matter of course for me.
Due to the costs, both residents would need to be registered as tenants. The contract would be approximately from October 1st or by arrangement.
