Single room for rent - 8064 Zürich, Grünaustrasse 2

A bright and spacious bedroom is available in our apartment from June 1st, 2025. The rental period is indefinite, with a minimum stay until September 30th, 2025. The room, shown in the attached pictures, is the one you would take over. Furniture can be purchased from the current tenant if desired.

The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk from Altstetten train station and the tram line 17 stop, offering excellent public transport connections:

• ~20 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg
• ~15-20 minutes to Zurich Main Station (HB)

You will share the apartment (including the living room) with one roommate - me. We are looking for someone who is responsible and reliable. Please note:

• The rental contract is shared, so you will sign directly with the rental company.
• The rental company will evaluate your application and only consider applicants with a fixed income.
• Bachelor or Master's degree students are not eligible, but doctoral students are welcome to apply.
