A comfortable 16 m² room will be available starting July 4th (exact date can be negotiated) in a 4-person shared apartment in Saint-Sulpice, just outside Lausanne!

The apartment is ideally located:
- 5 minutes' walk to the lake
- Close to EPFL, Innovation Park, and UNIL
- Bus stops for lines 31, 33, and 701 are 2 minutes away
- Morges and Renens train stations can be reached within 20 minutes

Apartment features:
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, freezer)
- Two bathrooms (shared between two people each)
- Spacious living room with a balcony
- Laundry room, bike storage, and storage cellar in the building

You'll be living with three full-time PhD students in physics at EPFL. English is the common language at home.

We're looking for someone (preferably not a student) who's friendly, respectful, and enjoys a relaxed, social atmosphere. Ideally, you're a PhD at EPFL/UNIL or a full-time professional, to keep schedules aligned with the rest of the flat.

Details:
- Rent: 950 CHF/month + utilities
- Deposit: 3 months' rent
- Furniture takeover: 800 CHF (includes: large table, double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bookshelves, chest of drawers, chair, and your share of the furniture in shared spaces)
