Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Avenue Jean-Gambach 2

I am a mother of 4 grown children who have left home, and I have been renting rooms to students since 2018.

My apartment is large and very well located in the city of Fribourg (avenue Jean-Gambach 2), 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the university Miséricorde. The rooms are fully furnished (bedding included), internet via cable and Wifi (fiber optic). The kitchen is available as well as spices, oil vinegar, tea, etc. There is a washing machine available in the apartment, a bathroom/WC + a second WC. I take care of cleaning the common areas.

Currently in the apartment we are: a 22-year-old roommate studying Earth Sciences, my 24-year-old daughter, a PhD student in physics at EPFL who comes regularly on weekends, and myself, a full-time accountant, 56 years old. There are also 2 calm and nice cats :)

Following the departure of 2 of our roommates who have just completed their studies, 2 rooms will be available from September 1, 2025, (possibly sooner if necessary) see photos below; I am looking for two new non-smoking roommates, ideally students. I look forward to meeting you.
