We, Miriam and dog Lima (medium-sized and very friendly), are looking for a flatmate who wants to join us from September on. Your dog or other pet is very welcome as well. We live in a beautiful flat settled between the main entrance of the Zoo and the station "Zoo".

The rent includes the shared area (fitted kitchen with appliances + living room + entrée 65m2, terrace 13m2 and garden, washing machine and tumbler (in the flat) and a shared cellar room 8m2), your own bathroom with bathtub (5m2) and your room with a built-in wardrobe (appr. 15m2). In accordance with the landlord, you can rent a parking space in the basement if you wish. The house is dog-friendly, besides velo rooms there is a dog shower in the basement.

The basic rent is 2090 CHF, ancillary costs is 210 CHF -> total rent for the room is 2300 CHF. The ancillary costs include internet costs, electricity, and the ancillary costs administered by the property management (cleaning of stairways, waste collection, heating costs etc.). If you wish you can keep the furniture in the room and you can rent a parking space in the underground garage (180 CHF/month). The security deposit is 6000 CHF but a guarantee insurance is fine as well. The living area is very spaceous, and your (overnight) guests are always welcome.

We are compatible if you are looking for a relaxed life together. If you want to bring furniture or work in the shared areas, there is sufficient space. Spending time together is a nice option, not an obligation.
