It is ideal if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place for short or long term.
A furnished room is available immediately.
It is located on the lower ground floor and has the advantage of having an independent entrance as well as direct access to the lounge and the outdoor pool.
Its area is about 12 m2.
The price is 1,350.-/month.
Included in the price of the rooms:
- the enjoyment of the common areas, namely the kitchen and its dining area, the living room, the 4 outdoor terraces, the swimming pool, and the laundry room,
- cleaning of the common areas,
- gardening costs,
- taxed garbage bags
- electricity, water, and heating oil,
- wifi,
- cleaning products, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc.,
- coffee at discretion,
- a stand-up paddle available at the port of Lutry,

We take care of all the tasks required by the house.

A person in their forties, non-smoker, calm, able to respect the
common areas, professionally active, positive, and easy-going.
Formalities:
Sublease contract with a notice period of 2 months in advance.
Guarantee: 2 months' rent
Usual documents required, namely:
- a readable copy of your ID or passport,
- a salary certificate or copy of the last 3 payslips or copy of the employment contract if in a trial period. For freelancers, a copy of the last tax assessment and a copy of their registration in the Commercial Register,
- an original extract from the Office of Debt Collection of your residence, dated less than 3 months,
- a copy of your home insurance, otherwise, an offer.
- for foreigners, a copy of the residence permit.
